RESERVATION & APPOINTMENTS:

In order to devote uninterrupted time to you and your clients it is best to call ahead and schedule with one of our sales staff or project mangers. We do not require appointments and welcome all walk-ins.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

All material only orders are final sale and must be paid in full at the time of order.

SAMPLE CHECK-OUTS:

Our showroom is a vast library of materials, and like a library we keep a record of who is checking out what. Samples from the showroom should be returned within 24 hours of checkout so others may view them as well. We offer complimentary sample orders that can be delivered to our showroom for your to pickup.

FACILITIES:

Our 7,500 Sq Ft showroom is the largest on the Eastside. We carry tile, carpet, hardwoods and other solid surfaces. Certain items like natural stone slabs we do not display due to the high variety from each piece.

DISCLAIMER:

There is a $25 service charge for orders under $100. Shade variations/finishes are to be expected in ALL products. Materials may not match samples exactly due to a number of reasons such as color or dye lot and natural aging/patina.
Material ETA quotes are approximate.
Picking up large material orders must be coordinated with sales person or delivered for a fee. We do not store materials.
Any damaged product or insufficient quantities must be declared at the time of receipt.
